Put the Information You Already Own to Work
Put the Information You Already Own to Work
The Trusted Data Suite connects preparation, preservation, supporting tools, and activation to reduce information waste, strengthen control, and put trusted context to work.
Four Connected Components

Trusted Data Refinery, Trusted Data Memory, Trusted Data Toolkit, and Trusted Data Portal work together around your business purpose.
The Portal Is the Activity Center
Its Unified Data Optic shows data flow, tool activity, utilization, and governed actions across the Suite. The broader Total Performance Dashboard is a separate PremCloud application, outside the January 2027 release.
Prepare, Preserve, Activate
Refinery analyzes files in place and creates reviewed Trusted Data Collections. Collections can go directly to Portal activation or into Memory for preservation. Communications can also enter Memory directly.
Deploy Around Your Requirements
Choose a supported on-premises, Azure, approved hosted, or hybrid configuration. Intelligence Nexus adds dedicated infrastructure sized for your workloads.
Start With Your Data and a Defined Business Need
The complimentary Terabyte Tester scans and analyzes up to 1 TB of file-share data to identify potential savings, information risks, and AI-readiness priorities. Agree the scope and access with the team, then use the findings to decide where to act.

Analyze in Place → Prepare Collections
Refinery examines file estates while original files remain at source. Reviewers select trusted information and retain its context.
Direct Activation
Collections → Portal
Put reviewed information to work for authorized people, applications, and AI.
Preserve for Reuse
Collections → Memory → Portal
Preserve selected records when the business purpose calls for it.
Communications can enter Memory directly through capture and preservation paths. Preservation is a choice for selected workflows, not a prerequisite for every activation.
