Trusted Data Collections
Carry Context Into the Next Use
Audio overview coming soon.
Trusted Data Collections
Organize reviewed information around a business purpose. Collections carry source context, ownership, permissions, classifications, policies, exclusions, and review history so people, applications, and AI can use the selected information with its conditions of use.
Select the Information That Serves the Purpose
A Collection can support a department, legal matter, migration, investigation, or AI knowledge set. Review Refinery findings and validate what belongs in the set, what should be excluded, and why.
Preserve the Basis for the Selection
Connect each selection to its source, relationships, classifications, ownership, access, and review history. A Collection does not grant additional access or remove the need to validate a destination’s permissions.
Choose Direct Activation or Preservation
Activate a reviewed Collection directly through the Portal or preserve selected records in Trusted Data Memory. The purpose, retention requirements, and approved workflow determine the route.
Keep Context Current
Refresh and validate the information as sources, permissions, policies, and classifications change. Reuse the preparation work while checking that it remains appropriate for each approved purpose.
Connect to the Next System
Data Mirroring prepares selected Collection intelligence for analytics and AI with traceability. Structured Data Composer applies reviewed recipes to approved mirrored data; Data Feeder delivers selected outputs with source and transformation history.
Review Consequential Actions
A duplicate is not automatically disposable, and an old file is not automatically without value. Authorized redaction, movement, preservation, or disposal requires the applicable review, hold, retention, and approval checks.

Metadata Provenance Through the Modern Data Stack
Give every approved workload the context behind its information.
This flow shows supported file sources prepared by the Refinery. Other sources require a validated integration; specific Trusted Data Memory integration paths, including Collections, require release confirmation.
