Use the inventory to focus storage review, sensitive-data analysis, migration planning, or AI preparation. A metadata inventory does not establish complete content classification.
Preserve the Source
Deleting a scan removes indexed information from the Refinery. It does not delete or alter source files. Any source action follows a separate supported approval and execution process.
